Account & Registration

Signing up at 999bed is quick and easy. Start by visiting the registration page Enter your mobile number or email address, create a strong password, and provide your date of birth for age verification. Verify the OTP and your 999bed account will be ready in just 2 minutes. You'll be eligible for the welcome bonus as soon as you register.

You must be at least 18 years old to register at 999bed, in line with our responsible gaming policy. Providing false information for age verification will result in permanent account closure and your balance may be forfeited.

Each person may only hold one account at 999bed. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses forfeited. If you're having trouble with an existing account, contact our support team instead of opening a new one.

Betting & Sports

After logging in, go to the "Live Betting" section. You'll see a list of ongoing matches. Click on the match you want, review the odds, enter your stake, and hit "Confirm Bet". Keep in mind that live betting odds change in real time, so quick decisions matter.

Bets generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, a "Cash Out" feature is available on certain markets, allowing you to recover part or all of your stake before the match ends. If Cash Out is available, you'll see the option directly on your bet slip.

999bed uses decimal odds. The calculation is straightforward: stake × odds = total return. For example, a ৳100 bet at odds of 2.5 returns ৳250 if you win (profit of ৳150). Higher odds mean greater risk and a lower chance of winning.

If a match is fully cancelled, all bet stakes are refunded in full. If a match is rescheduled, bets may remain valid in accordance with 999bed's rules. In accumulator bets, a cancelled match leg is settled at odds of 1.00.
Bonuses & Promotions

New to 999bed? Your first deposit comes with an attractive welcome bonus. Bonus amounts and terms may change from time to time — visit the Promotions page or contact Live Chat for the latest offers. To claim the bonus, make your first deposit within the specified window after registering.

Most bonuses come with a turnover requirement — typically 5–10x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you'll need to wager ৳5,000–৳10,000 before withdrawing. Check the specific terms listed on each bonus offer for details.

999bed members earn cashback as a percentage of their weekly or monthly net losses. Cashback is credited to your account automatically and can be withdrawn under low turnover requirements. VIP members receive cashback at a higher rate.

When a friend registers using your referral link and makes their first deposit, you'll receive a referral bonus. Your friend will also qualify for the welcome bonus. Find your referral link in the "Refer & Earn" section of your profile.

Go to the "Security" tab in your profile settings and enable the "Two-Factor Authentication" option. An OTP will be sent to your mobile — enter it to confirm. From that point on, every login will require an OTP, keeping your account significantly more secure.

Mobile App

The 999bed app is available on our official Download Page Download from the official source. Both Android and iOS versions are available. Do not download APK files from third-party sites — this poses a security risk.

On your Android device, go to Settings → Security → enable "Install from Unknown Sources". Then try installing the APK file again. Once installation is complete, you can turn that option back off if you prefer.

When an update is available, you'll receive an automatic notification when you open the app. Alternatively, Download Page to download and install the latest version. Updates include bug fixes and new features, so it's worth keeping the app up to date.
